Private use
ORDERLY is a private, self-hosted personal assistant operated by Ray Weiss / Conflict Simulations LLC for the operator's own use. These pages describe that tool and are not an offer of a public hosted service.
Account authorization
The operator may connect only Google accounts the operator is authorized to access. Access is granted through Google's OAuth consent flow and remains subject to Google account, Workspace administrator, and provider policies.
Scope and controls
ORDERLY uses narrow Google scopes for account identity, Gmail reading, Gmail composition, and Calendar reading. The Google compose scope can authorize sending at the provider level, but ORDERLY's runtime disables Gmail send and draft-send commands. Drafts require operator review in Gmail.
Third-party services
ORDERLY depends on services selected by the operator, including Google APIs, a configured model provider, and optional private notification delivery. Availability, retention, and processing by those services are governed by their respective terms and settings.
Security responsibilities
The operator is responsible for controlling the host, accounts, recovery methods, device access, and credential revocation. Credentials must not be placed in public source, shared logs, policy pages, or untrusted messages.
No warranty
ORDERLY and these disclosure pages are provided as is. AI-generated summaries and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect and require operator judgment. The tool is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or security advice.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and Conflict Simulations LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of ORDERLY or a third-party service it relies on.
Changes
These terms may be updated when ORDERLY's operating model or provider relationships change. The effective date above records the latest revision.
