ORDERLY

Private operator tool

Your assistant. Your hardware. Your accounts.

ORDERLY is a self-hosted personal AI assistant. It runs on hardware controlled by its operator and uses only the Google access that operator explicitly grants.

Not offered as a public or multi-user service

What it does

  • Reads selected Gmail messages and Google Calendar events.
  • Creates Gmail drafts when the operator requests one.
  • Produces private inbox summaries, briefings, and calendar views.

What this site does not do

These pages are static disclosures. They have no login, form, mailbox connection, cookie, client-side script, or access to the running ORDERLY instance.

Google access

ORDERLY requests identity email, gmail.readonly, gmail.compose, and calendar.readonly. The Google compose scope can authorize draft management and sending at the provider level. ORDERLY uses it for drafts, while its runtime policy disables Gmail send and draft-send commands.

Credential boundary

OAuth credentials remain in a private credential store on the operator-controlled host. They are not placed in this website, source repository, browser storage, or public deployment.

Operator control

The operator can revoke Google access from the Google Account permissions page and remove the corresponding local credential. Revocation stops future API access.

About the project

ORDERLY is developed and operated by Ray Weiss / Conflict Simulations LLC for the operator's own use. Its source-stage framework is available in the public ORDERLY repository. The deployed assistant, credentials, messages, and private configuration are not part of that public repository.
